saya stressed lately

balik keje, saya saja gi jalan2

hmmmm..
dan saya tersangkut lagi di ZiNg
"yell-oowww" bag..saya suka !

hahaha
tiba2 stress saya pun hilang (sekejap)

one way to release ur stress is swimming. u will feel very peaceful bila swim, cam tgk ikan berenang2...one fine day, kita go 2gether2 ye....smlm wa gi umah shelly with fazi..imprompto punya plan..nasib baik wa nya alat2 swimming dah ada kat bonet kete.. we all swimming till 9.30pm.. pastu gi makan till mid-nite!!tot of reducing weight, tp nmpknye maintain jer lah!!
